In the Kaçkar Mountains, every excursion is a unique story crafted by nature. At Yedigöller in the İspir Mor Plateau, heavy rain falling throughout the night nearly left our tents submerged in water. Yet, the most beautiful aspect of the mountains is the unparalleled rewards they offer after the hardships. I woke the team just before sunrise, and we began shooting. By carefully tracking the shifting light and stitching together the frames I captured, this panoramic image emerged. In that moment, all our fatigue vanished; the Kaçkars had once again rewarded our patience and filled our collection with unforgettable photographs. That is precisely why I return to the mountains with the same excitement every time.
